I took 3 inch roloc discs, 24 grit and trimmed them down. You can get 6 of the
little discs out of one 3 inch disc.
If you look close you can see the rubber holder is also cupped, I took an old disc
and cut it down with a hack saw then smoothed it up with the bench grinder.
This is the rubber disc where I cut the center out of it. I took a pair of pliers
just to give you an idea of the hardness of this disc, and I can squeeze it a little
bit with the pliers so it's not "real" hard, but pretty substantial.
Just a two inch disc.
