This is my new disc holder, you can see the difference in the size and how much more
you can trim off this disc, plus you don't have that center screw I had before
to deal with.
This is that last disc worn down as far as it could go on the original roloc and
I just trimmed the edge to show you that I still have a lot of disc yet.
Another picture from the front. When I trim these discs, I just take chunks off of
them. I don't worry about getting them round, it really doesn't matter.
I threw this photo in while I had the welder out. That's 3M red scotch-brite. I don't
use a jack knife to clean the nozzle end any more...just wad this up and give it a
couple of twists in there.
