I want to apologize for dragging out the floor pan installation. The only time I have right now to work on it is in the late evenings. I was setting up to weld tonight and then I thought I should give you all the settings so I had to get the pen and paper out. As I was writing down the settings, the thought crossed my mind that I just might get in trouble with the coating people and the welding company for this test because I'm quoting word for word off the cans, sheets and the side of the welder. I would like a little advice here. Anyway, I made these sheets up with a disclaimer, does anyone think I will get in trouble the way I have it or is there a different way I can do this to keep myself from having problems. If anyone has any thoughts on the matter, please post or email me. I'm going back out right now to write up the settings for different thicknesses of the metal and hopefully I'll get them welded up tomorrow night.
Thank you for your patience and feedback.

The ultra-precision test stand is set up here, HA!! You can see the bare metal in the plug weld hole and the epoxy is right up tight to that hole.

I screwed them all together and checked out how flat they are then I decided it would work better to clamp them because the screws hold them up off from the brass.
