I kept the pairs together because the holes won't line up and bead blasted them on both sides.
What you see are grinding marks to get the burrs off where I drilled them. It's actually shiny but it doesn't look like it in the picture.
I took the air rachet and put all the screws in them. I kind of flattened them out a little bit.
I used the spray bottle with Acryli-clean and sprayed them and blew them dry. If you try and wipe grinding marks you will wind up with lint on them.

I labeled them epoxy or weld-thru.
