This looks better, the gap is gone in the corner.
I went to the other side of the body and did this one and I took a little dremel wire wheel to clean it up so you could see it better. The other half supports I put in were nice and flush and I wanted these the same way.
I had to put some bolts in here to draw that support down because I stripped out two different sizes of sheet metal screws so I just tapped it oversize with a 1/4-20 tap in a drill which went quick. I should have just drilled a 1/4" hole in it but sometimes those 1/4" drill bits will grab and tear up the thin sheet metal.
What I did was tape this up and put two 500 watt lights on the back side, turned out the garage lights so I could look for pin holes. The flash camera made it look light on this side.
