One side is all sheet metal screwed in. I wanted to keep an ongoing update on how I'm doing these floor pans, so I'm going to try to give you a little bit on it each evening, and take you right through the whole deal.

These floor pans are tight right up to there, now just before you get these tight up this far, take a magic marker and darken it across the floor support about a quarter inch wide. Then screw your pan down tight.

Now that they're down tight, take a metal scribe or whatever and put a nice sharp line right at the very edge of the floor pan. I put the magic marker down so you can see the scribe mark better.

I also scribed all the way around the whole floor pan. Now I'm going to start fitting the other side. Something I would like to mention, is keep the floor pan that's already in screwed down, that way when the other pan is drawn in, the supports will be the same and nothing will move. I hope I've 'splained this okay.
