


These pictures don't do these pans justice. They are actually tighter than what the pictures show. I want to add here, when a person is working alone putting screws in is one way to do it because I don't have anyone in here to push down on something and hold it. I had some yellow marks where the "general" and his boys left open areas but using the screw method, you won't have that. If you can brace that four speed mount, I think that helped me a lot in keeping everything rigid. Once I unscrew, deburr, and get the shavings out, you won't be able to drive a flax-seed in there. I know there are a lot of screws, but I didn't have to heat or hammer on these pans, so they're not all beat up.
