There, that looks better. I took a carbide bit and made new holes.


I took this angle shot so you can see the outside edge of the support is the same thickness as the original. That way when I'm all done with it will look good. In other words you want to be able to have a distinct edge on those supports.


I just welded up some holes that I had when I put the pans in. This goes really quick.


This is the tool I showed you before in one of the "pan" sections. You can control this a lot better than a wider disc because you can get in close and not thin that outside edge.


Another picture of the tool. I think it's a 3M 36 grit.
